Great location and hotel was pretty clean, but the general manager, Palestine was very rude and discriminatory. Accused me and my party of doing drugs but none were found and room was never searched or anything. Luckily I got video of her comment and attitude and was able to talk with Mr. Marriott's office. I would stay here unless all other Marriott brands are expensive or cost too many points. I was very surprised by the manager's behavior. Especially since this is apart of a major hotel chain.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were warm and friendly. I loved the size of my room. The rooms are very spacious and i liked the fact that it had a kitchenette. I'd stay there again.
My family and I traveled from Arkansas for the Saints season opener against Houston. This hotel was amazing. It has a great staff, services and amenities. I would love to come back with my girlfriends for the Essence Festival if you have rooms available. Thank you for the southern hospitality!
The room (2 bedroom suite) was perfect for my family. We were comfortable and had enough room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Great location if you do not want to stay in the French Quarter but do not want to stay too far from it. I would stay here again for sure!
Only 10 min by car to downtown New Orleans. Clean, well laid out suites. The sofa sleeper is actually pretty comfortable but the TV is super small considering the room size and layout. All in all, great value this close to downtown. New Orleans
