The staff was awesome and the room was very comfy.
Staff is friendly and very nice. Room we stayed in could use some maintenance though. The trim to the bath tub is missing, looks like it was ripped up and just hasn't been replaced, a few of the light switches in the room do not work, as well as a few of their outlets and our floors were a little dirty( you could tell it had not been vaccumed/swept). Despite that, thanks to the friendly employees and pretty yummy breakfasts made the place a pretty decent stay. They could just use a handy man in a couple spots.
Our client Jennifer Westwood recently stayed here while performing in New Orleans and was very impressed with this property. Traveling entertainers see a lot of hotels while on the road, so they know what it takes to be among the best like this. The rooms are perfect, and quiet. There's a free breakfast in the morning, laundry room, and a very friendly and accommodating staff!
Nice clean place to stay with friendly staff. Free continental breakfast. We stayed the night before going on a cruise and were able to leave our car there for free for the whole week. It was only $15 for 3 of us to shuttle to the port.
The general condition of the hotel was not great.
Great rooms and service, breakfast was okay, the front desk staff gave excellent tops about the local area.
