Nice staff. Hotel is not a new hotel but its still decent. The staff are the nicest people and will make your stay worth it. Literally 5 miles from everything and the price was just right.
We had a 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn Express 6/28 thru 7/02, and I have to say I absolutely had no complaints. This hotel was very clean, the beds were fresh and clean, the staff were extremely nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay was pleasant. To top it off, we had a full breakfast! We were thoroughly pleased with our stay. If you are visiting the New Orleans area, I recommend for you to stay at this hotel, you won't be disappointed.
Staff was awsome and room was fresh and cleaned everyday! Cleaning crew was super nice and worked around our sleep schedule! Continental breakfast was good and 4 regular coffee pots and 2 decafe coffee pots served all day!
Came all the way from Florida to Harvey Louisiana because of the hurricane Irma situation in Florida. I stayed here and the visit was wonderful. the continental breakfast was great. had a great variety to eat. the rooms were clean and well kept.
Very comfortable bed. Great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast.
