ValuCar is awsome. I was able to get financed when no one else would help me. They made it easy for me. The ladies who are there are so nice. They even gave me a two year warranty and one year of oil change.I would refer my friends who have had credit issues in the past.
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE LE FROM THIS PLACE. THE CARS THEY SELL YOU ARE LEMONS. THE OWNER WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY HE SELL YOU.. TES SELL YOU. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. (RYAN) I HAVE SENT A LETTER TO THE BBB ABOUT THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS VALUE CAR OFFERS. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME . BUYER BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. YOU WILL END UP WITH JUNK.
I recently purchased a car and I have called to have several major problems fixed. Valucar does not live up to their promise to make sure you are satisfied. They will only smile in your face until you are stuck with a car that is complete trash. Don't purchase a car from Valucar, save yourself time and lot's of money. Believe me you will be truly disappointed. I wish I would have read the previous email, before purchasing a vehicle! Buyer Plez Beware.
I will not give them ANY stars!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! The day after i purchased my car from them i started having problems.. i brought it to them twice to fix it by THEIR so called mechanic and it's still giving me problems.. I had to get an attorney and now i'm working on either getting my money back or them paying to fix my car by a mechanic I want!!
