Hey, this place doesn’t mess around! Best service iv experienced in greater New Orleans area. Had my car towed to Veterains Ford and they were so backed up that it was going to be 3 weeks before they could have it fixed. I Called Don Bohn and they said they could run a diagnostic that same day! To my surprise they called me the fallowing day to say it was done and they sent someone to pick me up! Then didn’t charge me a dime for the work!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars! Thank you very much Don Bohn Ford!
Since my truck has been back from service, it feels like the shocks/struts are bad. It wobbles more than it used to (less than 1 yr old). Maybe this is something that normally happens to trucks, but I feel like this truck is bad news. I still feel a slight miss in the engine though not as often as before the intake valve was replaced. I was impressed with how fast my truck was diagnosed and fixed (because another dealer kept it for a full month and still could not find a problem). No engine light came on to help discover what problem was. But, do not expect help with getting a loaner/service vehicle from this dealer while your vehicle is being repaired. Ford says you can get a rental; we will cover up to 30$ per day. Service dept says you can only get a rental for 5 days. Ford says you can talk to service department about extending the rental, and service department says that's a Ford policy. So much for customer loyalty. I'm just highly disappointed in my F150. I did research to find out F150 had good safety and dependability ratings, and it has failed to deliver that. I will trade it in as soon as I'm able, and will NOT get another Ford.
I had my first experience with Don Bohn Ford's service department by virtue of having purchased from a Chevy dealer a FORD 250 Transit van still in warranty. I decided to go to Don Bohn for resolution of a door module computer glitch since this is a Ford dealer. Frankly, I expected the runaround treatment. I was wrong -- the service experience was very positive! The service rep, Smiley, was great to deal with. He ordered the replacement module and set up a second visit for its installation. All went well -- the service tech completely solved the problem -- at no cost to me. Thanks to this experience, I plan to use Don Bohn for all of my Transit maintenance needs. -- including oil changes. I have confidence in them.
I was taken care of in a very professional manner, prompt service. A call was made to let me to review the services and the exact prices. I was called to let me know that my car was ready, was offered a drive to pickup if needed. Great service.
