Good service everybody everybody treats you like family I am very happy I got my vehicle at this dealer I just hope everybody can experience the way I felt today
It was time for my oil change and tire rotation and a recall fix. I called and spoke to Derrick and made my appointment for the same week. When I got there Derrick went over what was going to be done and told me about how long it would take so I stayed and waited. My car was ready in less the time advised. This is the 3rd time I've been there and had great customer service and professionalism from all.
They did care for my car. However it took 4 days for two rims and two tires to be put onto my car. Once I received my vehicle the trunk was not put back together. My spare tire assembly had just been thrown into the trunk. It took my twenty minutes to put everything back in its place. For $1,300.00 I think they should be able to leave my cars trunk the way they found it. Probably won’t go back there again. The parts were were in good condition and upstanding.
I had a great experience. I as only there for three hours an Mr. Will Ballard was a great sales person and got me in a great new 2018 car.
I was so sick when helping my daughter get her car, but the guys and girls here went out there way to get me some coffee for my aching throat. That was so appreciated. They also went right where we needed them to on price. Great experience all around.
