Great customer service!! I would recommend going here and asking questions when buying new electronics or computer/tablets because the employees are very helpful...unlike some of those other places!
My favorite Best buy. Huge store and it always has what I'm looking for. I can walk up to any of the staff and ask them to help me find something and they're always happy to help. I come here for all my phone upgrades and accessories as well as stuff like headphones and Bluetooth speakers
It's a great place to shop for stereo, games, music, electronics, etc..; the displays R nice; has a large selection of all types of items (new/top of the line); personnel R helpful. The only bad spot, is the price of items. A little expensive. If U want the latest in gaming, stereo, electronics, this is one place to go.
Help had no clue where or what type of battery I was looking for. Then asked if Best Buy sold weather stations. Again he had no clue. I explained that it was an in home device that you hook up instruments to to measure wind, temp, dew point, etc. still the help had no clue, didn't know how to look it up nor did he want to ask an associate. The guy needs an immense amount of training or to get a stupid job.
Best Buy is the only store that I will buy any of my electronic products. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and that makes all the difference in the world. I would recommend anybody to shop there.
