They suck
The workers at this location have HORRIBLE customer service skills.
Okay everywhere except in Belle Chasse. No providers work south of the post office on Belle Chasse Hwy. Especially on the Navy base. Might have to buy one of those signal boosters for a few hundred bucks.
I do not understand how they are still in business. I have not gone in one time and been treated with respect. One specific manager, Arlene, mocked me several times when I needed help understanding something.
Time was fine and the guy was in training, but had an experienced salesman showing him the way. However, I paid $30 to have a privacy screen protector put on only to have 5+ bubbles on my screen. I'll do it myself cause apparently when the customer says there are bubbles, there aren't any at this store. Denied.
