These are the most caring individuals. They really care about your pet
The vet and staff were very friendly, but the wait is always long, even when they're not busy. Also they're a bit more expensive than my current vet. I was originally going there thinking it was saving money. Definitely not the case. Staff seems to care about your pets though.
Called asking for a checkup for my hurt dog, and was told I would have to drop him off and leave him over the weekend and they will try to see him in between appointments. Tried to explain I was working the weekend and my dog appears very injured and I was told there's nothing they can do for me. Very unpleasant phone call and experience.
Never an issue always a help! Always follows up with me If needed.
