The coupons are wonderful. Prices and sales on certain products are great. These are the only reasons I am giving this store as many as 3 stars.
Would be nice to have a real person that is even somewhat knowledgeable and can answer at least some questions face to face with customers.
Awesome store! Has everything from picture frames to arts and crafts supplies to seasonal items... Huge variety and great prices!
The employees don't seem to be very knowledgeable, that is if you can find one. I was "lucky enough" to catch an employee and ask for some help once, but they had to find another person and that person still didn't know how to explain their product. I have always had to do my own research, even while in the store while random employees just zoom by me while I am looking lost and confused at some products and Googling stuff on my phone to answer my own questions.
I have visited Michaels on numerous occasions and everytime I go I have a very wonderful experience the Ms. Lynn, she is a very friendly specially. Ms. Lynn, very helpful and telling you where stuff is located in the store the sales that are going on and how to match certain things up and I really enjoyed my time I spend and Michael
I had the best experience! The cashiers were nice and they had everything I need. They even have a slime headquarters which I love because it's all the way in the front. The workers are nice and even included a coupon in my purchase of $10 off. It's a bit far away from my house but it's definitely worth it.
Always AMAZING. That girl krystal helped me again. I loovveee this store. She checked me out and was so sweet on Black Friday! Who's happy to worke retail on the biggest shopping day of the year??
