THIS IS a place that is going down hill fast. A guy actually threatened to beat up one of the employees when they messed up his order for the third time.

Every Rally's I go to is terrible. Visit before last, I pulled up waited a good two mins only to hear the person say "yeah".. Are you serious. Last visit, pulled up NOBODY in line. They tell me to hold.. Hold for what? Its fast food people. Never going to another Rally's again.
Rally's is know for its amazing hot fresh fries sadly today the fries were all wrong and the manager was a bit snippy about remaking the fries because they were cold and hard nevertheless they remade them or so I thought. Hot fries in a bag came out but I think the made practice of sine refrying method because they were hoy but not fresh at all! Shame on you!
