I've had the worst interaction with Uhaul in general. First they sold me on a unit that was was too small for what I told them I wanted. Then they're costumer service did nothing to help me out. After close to 2 hours on the phone getting bounced around from call to call, I finally got a unit that worked for me. When I show up to the unit, it is completely wrong. Also, I am paying for movers to sit idly by while they "fix" their mistake. Next they give me a unit that is owned by someone else. Finally on the third time and wasting close to 200 dollars on movers sitting around, they get me a storage unit. As a token, they give me 2 locks. Woohoo. In addition, they didn't not offer me 24 hour service or anything, so I had to call after hours and add on yet another 10 dollars to my bill. Entirely unprofessional. They location and the entire day organization.
The service there is horrible and do not recommend anyone to this U-Haul location one of the guys there was rude and the only one on staff he was not in any rush to get customers moving along
Not very informative, didn't have certain items in stock, return took a long time with no one in front of me.
Friendly and fair prices
Staff are helpful but sometimes can be slow. The location is a little hard to get into when you have a trailer hooked on since it's off a little street which is immediately off the main street.
