What is this about where the agency doesn't answer the phones when you call?? Has you email your paperwork and then requires you to reapply in person. What happened to the email that was sent?? The fact that I cannot reach anyone by phone makes me want to start a Federal Investigation.
Have called the number and am unable to connect with a person. Then when I got a call back it was about the wrong thing.
My brother is homeless and disabled, he recently moved from Monroe and went to reapply for SNAP. The lady with glasses at the window chuckled and told him to go find a dumpster to eat out of. I think it's cold and rude.
Probably the most difficult agency to work with from an employer standpoint. If you can actually get one on the phone, the representatives are very rude, and at times can be very arrogant. For an important agency that is meant to help single families, their representation does not serve them well.
