There must be more than 200 invisible customers here that the staff is helping because it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to find someone who (1) knows they sell moving supplies; (2) direct me to the correct place to find them (no, they’re not in the Home Decor aisle); and (3) find someone to take 10 boxes off the top shelf because no one noticed that every single small box on the bottom shelf is damaged. Silly me I don’t want to pack my dishes in damaged boxes. Silly me for thinking this would be more convenient than going to UHaul or (gasp) Home Depot.
Ordered and paid online for in store pickup. Had my confirmation number, but no one could seem to find my order. Then, the manager mentioned it to a young guy in passing. He's like it's up front where it's supposed to be. He went and got it for me and was so nice. Unfortunately, I'd already waited over 20 minutes for customer service to find it, while it was in the cage for online orders to be picked up. Customer service wasn't great tonight, but the floor guy was awesome.
Clean and well organized, has self checkouts so you can be in and out quick.
Very very helpful staff. As usual the store is clean and organized. Even eyed a few items I plan to return and pick up.
This one of worst Lowes I've ever been to .The workers don't want to help ,very rude and don't try to listen to you. Lowe's need better customer service and individuals who are more professional at there job . I will never shop at this Lowe's again.
