Great coaches, positive environment, and great training methods
My child had a good experience with her particular coach. She remained there only because she enjoys gymnastics and her coach. My experience as a parent was different. When i brought my child here for a tour and signed her up for classes, I received a pleasant welcome from "a" staff member. When it was time for my child to join in with the class, there was one older grouchy lady who did not invite her in but knew she was there to participate. The coach had to come and get my child from the viewing area. Throughout my child's time there, i can count on one hand the number of times that a staff member returned a "hello". However, my payment was taken cheerfully. The things we do for our children... The grouchy lady that i mention is quite aggressive with the younger kids but I have yet to witness a parent correct her actions.
