I call twice both times I was hung up on. Customers service sucks. #UPSucks
Had a prepaid package that did not come with tape. They wanted to charge me nearly $3 for a piece of tape to go across the top of package. Tape roll on counter and $3 bucks for 6 inches of tape....you have to be kidding me!
This UPS has the best customer service you can get in this city! Very friendly, helpful, and professional!
I love the service I get here at this location. The employees are always professional, friendly and helpful. I don’t use any other UPS location. This one is my favorite by far!!
Before hand, I had checked the website to make sure of what time they closed. The website had said 4 o'clock. I showed up at 3:25 to drop of very important papers and they were already closed. The man on the inside would not open the door for me. 2 other costumers also were trying to get in. Drove 20 minutes for this.
