He even called security on me like I was some kind of criminal for asking for my $40 that I paid for my road hazard back now I lost out on that money and also have to go spend more money elsewhere to get my tired fixed thanks Walmart save money live better!!!!!

The staff and management teams are always courteous, professional and willing to help. I’ve never had a problem with any of them, maybe it’s because I was taught to treat people the way I want to be treated. Just the other day, my cell battery gave out and there was no one in the paint department. Instead of running around to find someone, I simple picked up the phone and dialed “0”, the operator answered, paged for someone and he came from a nearby department, real quick. Thanks Wal-Mart!
I got all four of my tires changed, balanced and with road hazard warranty spent almost $700. Three weeks later I got a nail in my tire I went to get it fixed and an oil change after two hours of me waiting they told me they won't do it total waste of time. So I went to the front by the customer service and spoke to a lady there she was real nice but told me I had to speak to the assistant manager when he came he was super rude he was a slim African American guy with an afro and big teeth that's the best I can describe him is Wednesday 12/6 right before 7 I wish I got his name at the time but I wan't thinking but he told me that they won't do nothing for me I was out of luck.
The electronics department supervisor was not helpful at all when the item i was trying to purchase was ringing up wrong at the register. Instead of walking over to assist the cashier, or to explain walmart's pricing error, she just yelled from an aisle over that the app price was wrong and no we cant have it for that price. I feel that she exhibited very rude and unprofessional behavior.
Oh, one more thing.....keep our prices affordable!!!!
