Not a happy experience. Another buddy invited me to the VIP room. I was excited since it was my first time. We were standing for a cocktail and the server continue to clean the glass door at least five minutes. Maybe that was more important than customer service.
This casino is big with three floors. But because it was the weekend and one day till New Year's, it was super busy! I did not see any non-smoking sections, so there was a lot of smoking going on. They had some nice machines old to new. Other than that my mom and I enjoyed the few hours weekend with their. Didn't win any money but it was still fun
I use to get coupons, free buffets and now I don't get anything. I was told it would come to my email. Nothing. I just came the other day and they have my email but nothing on my card. What's going on. This is my favorite casino, I would hate to drive to Kenner
Was sent a email for a turkey gift certificate. Was to to call to reserve the certificate- which I did and was given a reservation number. When I got to Hatrahs was to that they were all gone. What good did it do to make a reservation? Was there during the hours that they said to be there but still didn't get the certificate.
