I couldn't be happier with the buying experience I had a Leson Chevrolet. The salesperson (Corey Knecht) and Sales Manager (Jody Neil) made me feel like family during the entire process. Both were very knowledgeable and work diligently to make the deal fit my needs. The only thing that would have made me happier would have been if they would have thrown in a sprayed in bed liner for the time I had to wait for the deal to finish. (still think I should get one since I have sent several references their way already one of which got the bed liner) Although, I would highly recommend either of them to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. They are giving Leson Chevrolet a great name in the business and are highly valuable employees to that business there.

11/28/2017 So my mother and father just got their tire rotation at this location today and the tire fell off. Rookie mistake. Bring your car somewhere else. Let's see if Leson Chevrolet will take responsibility for their insufficient training on how to properly attach a tire back to a car. Considering this is our second family vehicle from this location. I am deeply disappointed. Where does this service department stand on their responsibility on human life? Some people do not take their jobs too serious. I'll post some pictures later. I wonder if a PR rep or anybody else higher will try to contact us as the service manager wants to give us the run around. As a U.S. Navy veteran, I am deeply disappoint in how this department is ran. I can protect this country but in return my family safety and security is trusted to the hands of a negligent service department.

My recent experience with Leson service department was horrible. I scheduled an appointment to get my car checked out on Thursday for Friday morning in which I was informed by the receptionist that they were numerous openings just come in the morning. Up on arrival Friday morning at 10:00 am I was informed by an service advisor that they had no record of my appointment and that they were booked for the day. Pissed! Then I rescheduled for Monday at 10:00 am. Later that day I received a text notification that I had an 8:00 am appointment when I clearly scheduled a 10:00 am appointment. Strike 2! Monday morning I dropped my car off and requested I receive a follow up call once the problem had been identified so I can make proper accommodations moving forward. SHANE LAMBERT! I never received a follow up call and called the service department on numerous occasions just to be sent to a voicemail of my service advisor. Once someone finally got back to me at the end of the day I was informed that my car would be ready in the morning. The morning came and went never received a phone call. I then called numerous times and again nobody was able to tell me the status of my car. I wasn’t informed until 3:30 pm that my car was ready. Moving forward I am highly disappointed in the level of service Leson exemplified and I never had this problem before. My family and I have been loyal customers for the past 10 years and I highly doubt we will be returning!

They were great. Should have negotiated more with pricing especially with a repeat customer. Very nice people though. i test drove a vehicle for a nice amount of time. They let the deal go not negotiating . bought several great vehicles from them, but they need to go harder with pricing with people who show love

It is so stressful buying a new car and wondering if you are making the right choice. I got to meet Nataire Brown that day and she helped me find the perfect mid size SUV for me that would still meet my budget. It took hours but we finally agreed on a price and I am so in love with my 2018 Traverse. Thank you for everything. She is awesome.
