I run a taxi company in metairie dales towing on thanksgiving towed one of my vehicles even though I was able to get to my car in enough time they lied to me about where it was so I couldnt get it after towing it on thanksgiving and sending me on a wild goose hunt where I had to leave my family for the whole day drive all around and not have any success they then told me to come the following day Friday and they would let me pick it up I called around 1230 pm and they then told me they closed at the exact time I called the exact words were oh no you can't come get your car were closed I said when did y'all close they said just now I looked at the time after not believing what I heard and sure enough they were just being mean and trying to get money from me. So I drove up there was no closed sign on the door actually it said they were open until 5pm and on top of that a couple in a car said they are open the lights were on in the building you could tell people were there but they were refusing to let me in so I could get my vehicle. I could give them lots of buisness owning a taxi buisness but I will NEVER EVER CALL THEM. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR AND I HAVE VIDEOTAPED ALL OF THIS AND I WILL BE GIVING IT TO MY ATTORNEY! Don't waste your time researching for another car care professional. I was visiting NOLA and my A/C went out. Dale got it up and running. Very friendly and professional. . Give Dale a chance to fix your car
Although getting work on a vehicle is never a "pleasurable" experience, my husband and I are very impressed with Dale's Quality Care. The gentlemen who work there took the time to explain both what was acting up in our vehicles, and what they could do to fix it. We found them to be highly professional, qualified, and compassionate. (They offered options to suit or price range without just taking the liberty to make expensive/unnecessary changes.) I dropped my husbands Jeep off the other day and while waiting for him to pick me up, Mark made sure I was comfortable in their very nice waiting room which went a long way with me. We HIGHLY recommend Dale's Quality Care. Thanks so much, Dale, Mark and the rest of the gang.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Hands down, the best trip I've ever made to have an auto repair made. Honest, trustworthy, personable, full of integrity, kind....just to name a few words to describe Dale and his employees. I'm new to the area and know nothing about auto repairs. They found and fixed my issue promptly and while I was waiting were kind enough to tell me about the area. I usually leave repair shops worried that I was taken advantage of.....not at Dales!
