This is by far the worst chase bank I've ever dealt with. Literally have not answered any of my phone calls, spanning from 5 months ago when I call in. (JPMorgan I don't know why you pay their phone bill when they don't believe in picking up the phone because they're lazy.) Lobby wait is ridiculous. Two people ahead of me, 2 hour wait just to fax my DD-214 to scra. The staff definitely needs some retraining. Do better.

Please get help at another branch! Inexperienced customer reps while the manager is at the teller window. They WILL NOT accept blame when they make a mistake.
